Benefits Counseling

Offers employees an opportunity to ask questions and discuss problems in small group or one-on-one sessions. Agencies having few employees may prefer individual counseling sessions above group briefings. For employees nearing retirement, consultants provide a brief group overview of common retirement concerns prior to individual counseling. Consultants are available individually or as a team for a period of 9 hours per day. Counseling sessions will be customized to meet agency needs.

Early-Out Assistance

Provide guidance, training and tool enabling agency personnel to expertly and efficiently accomplish mass retirements and provide exceptional customer service in the process. Cost of early-out assistance is determined by agency selection of the following on-site services:

-Agency staff training
-Assistance identifying retirement eligibles, determining creditable service, resolution of problem cases
-Checklist/Forms Package developed specifically for enabling mass processing (hard copy, diskettes, local reproduction rights)
-Early Out Guide including detailed step-by-step agency instructions
-Employee question and answer sessions
-Retirement Briefings
